My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were both clean and very comfortable for me and my two girls, but they weren't really clean upon arrival. It was a bit chilly at first, but turning the radiator up solved that issue. The service was amazing, with very courteous and helpful staff throughout my stay, though I was overcharged by 20 Kronas, which was a bit disappointing. The location was great for its proximity to the airport, but outside of that, there wasn't much to explore. The dining experience offered a good selection, especially important for my early flight. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
